How do I place an order?
Order is simple, just fill in the order form and your payment details
and send it to us via our website or by post.
How can I make payment?
We currently only accept online payment by PayPal. Alternatively, we
also accept postal order or UK bank cheque for post order. Please see
contact us for details.
When will my order be delivered?
As long as we receive your payment. It usually will takes up to 3
working days. If you pay by bank cheque, that will take a little bit
longer.
My consignment is broken. Can I send it back
to you?
Yes. In case the consignment arrives broken we will either send you a
new one or refund you your money or make a debit on your PayPal account.
Can you ship faster? I want it to send with
UPS.
Yes, if you are within our free delivery zone.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime by calling us at 0191 272
3888 no more than 24hr after the order was placed.
What if I received a consignment different
as what I order?
We will not send different product to you. If that is a case of out of
stock, we will first inform you by email. You can either choose a
different product or cancel your order.
Do I get warranty on the products?
Yes. You will have one year manufacture warranty on all our products.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Unfortunately, no. We deliver to UK mainland only.
